Hi, I'm Dakota - UX designer from Vancouver, BC.

I would describe myself as a creative pragmatist, which I came to find makes me well-suited for the work of a designer!

After graduating from BrainStation's UX Design program in 2021, I went on to intern at Shopify on the Dev Doc team for about a year. Since then, I've been freelancing - some UX, some graphic design, digital media, and a sprinkle of branding.

I've worked on many projects with a wide range of design tools, and have come to understand and practice basic web development along the way.
